These Sales Policies are effective for orders placed on or after August 19, 2018

Thanks for shopping at Lithe Skateboards’ website – we appreciate the fact that you like to buy the best skateboards our universe has to offer. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our skateboards from our online store.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on our website. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Online Retail Customer Sales and Refunds Terms and Conditions

We fundamentally believe that you will be thrilled with our skateboards – that’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. However, we understand that to some the skateboard ordered may not be what you expected it to be, or you have lost patience waiting for a skateboard that was not in-stock. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a skateboard and canceling a back-order or pre-order.

Sales of In-Stock Skateboard Refunds

For unused decks, simply contact us within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

• Skateboard decks must be returned unused in the original unbroken shrink-wrap.
• If the skateboard is unused but the shrink-wrap is broken or removed a $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Returns received 30 days after the purchase date will result in 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.
• We will not issue the refund until the skateboard has arrived and the condition has been verified.

Sales of Back-Ordered and Pre-Ordered Skateboard Refunds

Please note the following for orders placed on skateboards that are not in-stock:

• If you wish to cancel and notify us within 30 days of placing the order you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel more than 30 days after placing the order you may be charged a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee that will be deducted from your refund amount, depending on your payment method.

Order Changes

We understand that preferences change, so we will gladly change your order, but please consider the following:

• Notify us as soon as possible so we don’t ship the skateboard you want to change.
• Changing to a skateboard that is not in stock may further delay your order.
