Thanks for shopping at Lithe Skateboards’ website – we appreciate the fact that you like to buy the best skateboards our universe has to offer. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our skateboards from our online store.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on our website. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Sales of In-Stock Skateboard Refunds
Sales of Back-Ordered and Pre-Ordered Skateboard Refunds
Please note the following for orders placed on skateboards that are not in-stock:
- If you wish to cancel and notify us within 30 days of placing the order you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel more than 30 days after placing the order you may be charged a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee that will be deducted from your refund amount, depending on your payment method.
Order Changes
We understand that preferences change, so we will gladly change your order, but please consider the following:
- Notify us as soon as possible so we don’t ship the skateboard you want to change.
- Changing to a skateboard that is not in stock may further delay your order.
